Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and delivery times:

Our shipping rates are based on location, for accurate rates & delivery time please proceed to checkout.

We try to dispatch all orders on same day of purchase. However, due to high number of orders, some orders might be shipped the next day. For same day shipment kindly place order before 3pm WA.

Delivery times are calculated using business days which is (Monday to Friday). & during public holidays, please give 1-2 extra days for dispatch.

Order Tracking & Accuracy:

• Please double check your address and other details before confirming your order.
• If you need any assistance with your order's tracking, feel free to contact Australia post with your tracking number.

Missed Deliveries and Returns:

• In case of delivery failure, its your responsibility to collect your parcel at the designated post office within a specific timeframe. 
• If the parcel is returned to us, an additional delivery charges will be required for resending the parcel.

Liability:

Sabera Collections will not be liable for the unclaimed parcels that are returned to us due to non pickup. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occur due to failure to collect the parcel from the post office.
