Refund Policy
Because of the nature of our business's products, we don't offer refund or exchange service for worn or opened products. however, under a very specific and strict circumstances we offer refund and exchange that are as follows,
Conditions for refund eligibility
- Damaged of Defected item: if you received any defective or damaged item, kindly contact us as soon as you get the parcel and we will be needing a photographic evidence of the item to process your exchange or refund. every case will be handled and reviewed individually.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened and in same condition as when you received.
- Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
- If your refund is approved you will be refunded with total product cost, the shipping charges will not be refund.
Return Process:
- Contact us via our email saberacollections@gmail.com or on our Instagram to request for the refund.
- Provide us your tracking number for the returned items.
- Once we received & inspect the products, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, it will take 5 to 6 business days to refund the amount.
