Refund Policy

Because of the nature of our business's products, we don't offer refund or exchange service for worn or opened products. however, under a very specific and strict circumstances we offer refund and exchange that are as follows,

Conditions for refund eligibility

  1. Damaged of Defected item: if you received any defective or damaged item, kindly contact us as soon as you get the parcel and we will be needing a photographic evidence of the item to process your exchange or refund. every case will be handled and reviewed individually.

Return Conditions:

  1. Item must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened and in same condition as when you received.
  2. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  3. If your refund is approved you will be refunded with total product cost, the shipping charges will not be refund. 

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via our email saberacollections@gmail.com or on our Instagram to request for the refund. 
  2. Provide us your tracking number for the returned items.
  3. Once we received & inspect the products, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
  4. If approved, it will take 5 to 6 business days to refund the amount.
